A Change Agent supports strategic transformations and is the conduit from a technology and a culture perspective. A Change Agent provides progress updates to leaders and plays a supportive role in helping their colleagues embrace new technologies and ways of working that may be unfamiliar.
Change Agents Drive Transformation
Once trained, Change Agents will be able to use their public sector industry knowledge in addition to their technology expertise to match an organization’s needs with the right technology to help solve public sector challenges while driving innovation and digital transformation.
