Actions taken by public sector organizations today can mitigate impact on people and the planet and create a more sustainable path forward to protect lives and livelihoods. Through consultations with public sector and technology experts from across the globe, Microsoft and EY developed a framework to understand public sector sustainability and digital capabilities. It provides an overview of the dimensions and performance indicators associated with sustainable operations and actions in the public sector and showcases digital approaches to sustainability already in place.
